Dedicated to the memory of Yolande

Yolande Paterson died on 3rd February 2026, aged 94 years after a recent decline in her health. Sister to Vivien, aunt to Joanna, Howard and Warwick and a long time resident of Abingdon and later Oxford.

No flowers by request, but donations if desired to PDSA. She will be remembered by her family and those who knew her.

Funeral Service of Yolande Paterson

A funeral service to remember Yolande and her life is to be held at St Peter's Church, Wolvercote on Friday 13th March 2026 at 2.00pm. You are invited to partake in tea, cake and the sharing of memories following the service in the Parish Rooms.

Yolande was a member of the Ashmolean Drawing Group, The Sketchbook Project and The Drawing Project. We all learned so much from her though she did not tell us what an amazing career she had. She did talk with great fondness about her family. Sadly I will be abroad on the day of her funeral.
